With our Study Site Blut Hilft Forschen we have the possibility to procure large amounts of donation material for you and thus serve a whole range of different projects.
Depending on your project assignment, we look for both healthy and sick donors for small or large volume donations. This sample material is mainly blood from people with certain diseases, as only these people have the typical components of the blood in sufficient quantities. Disease patterns such as various thyroid diseases, allergies, autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases and – very recently – persons with cured SARS-CoV-2 infection are of particular interest, as the need for therapeutic options for these frequent disease patterns is very high. In addition to blood samples, we also collect stool, urine and saliva samples for diagnostic test systems.
Our Portfolio includes the following Services, e.g.:
- Small volume whole blood donations (up to 100 ml whole blood = 25 -30 ml processed matrix)
- Large volume whole blood donations (up to 500 ml)
- Collection of various donation materials (including urine, saliva, stool and many more)
